Minutes of the 475 regular meeting held Tuesday, November 7, 2006, in the conference room of Baxter Auto Parts, 9975 Horn Road, Rancho Cordova, California. Meeting was called to order by President Steve Wahab, at 7:33 p.m.

Treasurer Matt Thurston reported a treasury balance which will enable us to have a great Holiday party and adequate funds for the next year.

DUES FOR 2007 ARE NOW DUE. PLEASE PAY YOUR $10.00!!

Tours: Steve Wahab reviewed the tour to Silver Lake. The November tour and lunch was at Lloyd Thurston’s home. Afterwards a tour of the chocolate factory was a lot of fun. It was reported there were several purchases of intimate chocolate.

The annual holiday party will be on Dec 3rd at the Pheasant Club in West Sacramento. You must have your money and menu selection to Charlotte by 27 Nov.

The election for next years Board of Directors was held. As there were 9 dedicated members who volunteered to be Directors, it was a unanimous vote for everyone.

An executive session was held to determine which director would hold which position. The results are;
