Minutes of the 467 regular meeting held Tuesday, February 7, 2006, in the conference room of Auto Value Auto Parts, 9975 Horn Road, Rancho Cordova, California. Meeting was called to order by President Steve Wahab, at 7:37 p.m.
The board of Directors meeting was discussed and another board meeting was scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. March 7th to formulate a budget for 2006.
Treasurer Matt Thurston reported a treasury balance and reviewed claims paid during the last month. A discussion was held regarding how much we should keep in the treasury, and it was decided to formulate a budget with a carryover to cover the next year in case the swap meet does not produce any income due to rain, disaster, etc.
There were more people in attendance than chairs again this month. The Secretary was directed to contact management at Auto Value to determine if we could have more space to store additional chairs.
Tours: Gene Hall reviewed the schedule for the coming year. The May tour with Judi and Dave Fibush to Rocklin will be on Saturday, May 20 and the All Ford Picnic in Lodi will be on Sunday May 21.
No further business or announcements were forthcoming so the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m. followed by refreshments and a raffle.

NEW MEMBER !!!
Fred Hultin comes to us from Regional Group #156 Gold Country V-8, a very special friend of our own Lynda Bates. They are now both members of RG #4 & RG #156. Duel citizenship, as it were.
Fred has a ’23 Drag Roadster that has been modified, and a ’32 5 Window Coupe Hot Rod. His membership application says it’s a ‘50’s style. I don’t know what that means, but sometime I’ll get pictures and find out. He’s been to a couple tours & dinners. Welcome Fred!
