Talked to Steve Kane yesterday about his Mother, Lorraine. His wife was doing Lorraine’s hair, so you know Loraine was feeling better ! (A lady getting her hair done always feels better!) Lorraine wanted to collect the money for the 2006 Christmas dinner again this year, but her whole family was yelling “NO” in the background. I was lazy and will be collecting the money this year. (I am going to collect the money to avoid trying to find someone else!)

I also talked to Ruth Anne Rose this morning. She fell flat on her back and landed in a nursing home for a week. She is home now, but is not suppose to be doing anything. HAH! How long will that last?

Tuesday, November 7th, members attending the Regular Business Meeting at the newly names Baxter’s Auto Parts, formally Auto Value Auto Parts Store, will vote for the 9 members who have volunteered to serve this coming year.
