WHERE’S OUR RAIN ? Boy ! It sure has been cold ! But no snow ! That’s going to be bad for our water this coming summer, if it doesn’t start raining soon.

I’m not going to be at the February 6th meeting. I’m taking a class on “How to sell on eBay,” and that’s half way through my 6 weeks class. Pat left me with over 300 toy die cast cars and neither son wants them. But I definitely need the money! I’m tired of having to save for a couple months to be able to afford a pack of gum!

Remember me saying I had lost my new Kodak camera last June? I had thought it might turn up when I dragged out the Christmas stuff. NOPE ! It didn’t turn up. Next week we are to bring our cameras to class, because we are starting to learn how to take pictures to show off the items we are selling on eBay. After class this week I came home and ordered a camera just like the one I can’t find, for only $105. And it’s a step better than the one I had!

One bad thing about learning about eBay is: Everything you look at, you think “Wonder how much I can get for that?” One side of my brain is greedy and wants to sell Everything. The other side is trying to bring some logic to the whole thing. But I don’t ever remember anyone accusing me of being logical.

Jim Foskett has broken a rib or two. But he has no idea how he did it ! I hope he isn’t as miserable as Pat was when he had two broken ribs.

Ruth Anne Rose is doing fine. Her knees are gone, but she still is very involved with the Buick Swap Meet on February 4th and the Towe Swap Meet March 4th.

Bob Kane told me this week that Lorraine’s doctor told her she is cured, except for a scab on her hip that’s still healing. No more doctor’s visits and she can drive whenever she feels she’s ready! Wonder what they are going to do with all that free time, now they aren’t spending their time in doctor’s offices ?
